Last season our gardeners harvested just over 50 pounds of garlic with plans to do 100 pounds this season.
While we use many practices to extend its use through the cold seasons, one of our favorites is to make black garlic. We love the sweet notes of plum and pipe to***co that it provides. Those notes play a huge part in the unique flavors of our dishes.
When we are not making black garlic, we like to use it fresh from the garden, make garlic conserva, and turn it into garlic powder.
An impactful ingredient that comes right from our own backyard.
