brittany, our quality control/ sensory coordinator made this for you. it’s her small batch “Ash & Amber” bochet (pronounced “bow-shay”) and it’s excellent and makes for a good gift. it’s a semi-dry caramelized honey wine aged on oak and much more balanced between sweet and dry vs. your typical mead.
