“Pineapple Pedantic” is a collab between owner Jill (who suggested the flavor profile) and GM Molly (who said “we should so make this a clarified milk punch”). The milk punch process (google it!) gives the cocktail a silky texture while bitter background of Fernet next to coconut cream tea infused bourbon lends depth.
