Our Story
Chow Mixed Grill and BBQ was created 5 years ago by Marco Serrano, head catering chef and owner of Serrano Brothers Catering, with the mission to bring multicultural, fresh dishes made from local, natural ingredients. He found, over time, that people were ready for a culinary change and thus Chow Mixed Grill and BBQ was born. Chow Grill’s elevated culinary menu puts a casual fine dining twist on dishes such as BBQ, fresh pasta, locally farmed beef, and old-world, and wood-fired pizza. We look forward to hosting and serving you some amazing new flavors, all while supporting our local community.
