Anyone know of Gadsden, Alabama? Her cornbread dressing recipe published in the Progressive Farmer magazine many decades ago is my go-to. It’s the closest I‘ve come to Mama’s dressing. She simply threw it together like her mama before her and had no need for a written recipe. This year I’ve made Wilma’s dressing again, and I wish her and her family many reasons to give thanks.
