Weller Full Proof is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Buffalo Trace Distillery, crafted with wheat in place of rye as the secondary grain—a signature of the Weller family of bourbons.

Style: Kentucky Straight Bourbon
What makes it special: It’s bottled at the same 114 proof at which the whiskey entered the barrel and is non-chill filtered, preserving more of the naturally occurring oils and flavors developed through distillation and aging.

Tasting notes:
Vanilla, dark cherry + caramel on the nose. Caramel and toasted oak through the palate, followed by a long finish with crème brûlée and chocolate.

The details at Off The Clock were never an afterthought.

Every piece of art on our walls was created in collaboration with Kentucky artist Randy Arnold, with each one telling a piece of our story.

This particular work was inspired by an old photograph of our building during its days as the Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Look closely at the upper story behind the trucks—that space is now home to OTC.

We love that a photograph capturing what this building once was will soon hang inside what it has become.

A nod to the past. A backdrop for what comes next.
