Membership renewal for 2026-2027 will run from May 1st-June 30th. Be on the lookout for the Membership Form coming by email this week. You can return it by mail or give it to RCSC Secretary Peggy Lilienthal at any Wednesday s**g special at Tooley's. Hey there folks! Just got word of this event tomorrow night, Friday April 17th in Downtown Edenton, NC. "Boogie on Broad" is back and will be showcasing beach music legends "THE TAMS"! Here's the lineup:

4:00 pm: Food trucks. Enjoy tasty treats to fill that empty place in your tummy.
5:00 pm: Beer, wine, & live magic. Wet your whistle with cold beer & wines while enjoying live magic up close.
6:00-10:00 pm: The Tams hit the stage. Enjoy a night of dancing, singing, and pure Carolina soul!

Hello fellow s**ggers! It's that time of the year again...you know, when you can smell that pig smoking on the grill and the barbecue sauce is running down your arms to your elbows! Yep, it's time for the River City S**g Club's Annual Pig Pickin'.

RCSC Pitmaster Tommy Lamb is ready to cook up his lip-smacking delicious NC pork BBQ slathered in his secret sauce. And we'd be "just so proud" for you to join us! Make your plans to be there for another fun time. Here's the details:

WHAT: 2026 RCSC Annual Pig Pickin'
WHEN: Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 12:00-4:00 pm (food served 1:00-3:00)
WHERE: Riversedge Community House, 140 Riversedge Dr., Moyock NC 27958
HOW: Contact Registration Chair Joy Cooley at [email protected] or call 757-334-1913 to reserve your space. *PLEASE RESERVE YOUR SPACE AHEAD OF TIME SO WE CAN PLAN FOR THE CORRECT SIZE PIG!
PRICE: $10 for RCSC members (on or before June 6th). $20 for non-members. Bring a covered dish; see the attached flyer for food assignments & what else to bring.

Hello everyone. Please join us this Wednesday evening, December 17th for our weekly s**g social and the December Business Meeting. We'll be at Tooley's Boathouse at 400 E. Colonial Ave. in Elizabeth City, NC from 6-9 pm. There will be a short Business Meeting from 6-6:30 pm, followed by open dancing until 9:00. Music by ABSCDJ Harvey Taylor, and weekly dinner specials will be offered by the friendly Tooley's staff. 50/50 drawing for those interested. As always, no cover and plenty of free parking.

Minutes of the last Business Meeting will be sent out electronically tomorrow for your review, and hard copies will be available at the meeting.
