I don’t get the chance to work in the kitchen at Hoppin' Johnz very often—and truth be told, most of the time I’m just in the way! But every now and then, I find a way to make myself useful.
More than anything, I am simply in awe of our team. Working in a commercial kitchen is hard to describe if you’ve never experienced it; it’s turning out plate after plate of incredible food in the middle of absolute chaos. Yet these young people pull it off like a well-oiled machine night after night. They amaze me with their talent and dedication, and I want them to know just how much I see, appreciate, and respect everything they accomplish day in and day out.

💥💥Update💥💥: We have classes in the works☺️. Trying to get times and dates confirmed, then I will post the schedule and the sign up sheet!!

🎞I want to learn more about medicinal herbs and plants. How to use them, prepare them, etc.
🌻The Plant Park would like to host classes but we need instructors!!
🌳Also, I want to have classes on
Native plantings🍁,
Creating pollinator habitats🪰,
Container/raised bed gardening,🚜
🐖 homesteading, etc.
I know I have a lot of customers with a wealth of knowledge they would love to share.
Comment here and get me some dates!! We can get our classes rolling or give me some new ideas. I would love to here from you.

OH MY !! You know September has a R in and the guys know what that means...OYSTERS! Check out those grilled oysters swimming in a spicy chili crisp butter and topped with buttery panko bread crumbs, and you just know that country fried New York strip is calling your name! That Buffalo shrimp sammi is always a favorite along with the marry me pasta. Need a salad.. .try out that BLT salad, its got everything !
