Ruby Tuesday score when pretty well. New fryers, new dish station and a whole bunch of smaller odds and ends. Now if we could just find a decent charbroiler lol. So now we start the fun again of actually cleaning up all this “new” equipment so it is actually to the Blue Rose standard of clean.
