T BAR M HAY is now hiring a Feed Store Associate.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Feed Store Associate to join our team. This position involves assisting customers, stocking inventory, handling feed and farm supplies, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people and has an interest in agriculture, livestock, ranching, or rural lifestyles. Including ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with product selection and purchases
Load feed, hay, and other supplies into customer vehicles
Receive, stock, and organize merchandise
Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
Answer customer questions regarding feed, livestock supplies, pet products.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking
Assist with deliveries and unloading shipments as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous retail, farm, ranch, or feed store experience is a plus
Ability to lift and carry up to 120 pounds regularly
Strong customer service and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Basic knowledge of livestock, feed products, and agricultural supplies preferred
