From day one, this community has shown us nothing but love, support, and belief in what we’re building at Doug’s Saloon.

Everything we’ve done has been for you, and we want to continue giving back to the people who helped make this dream a reality.

As a thank you, we are refunding ALL General Admission tickets for our upcoming concert featuring Frank Ray and Down By Fore!

🎟️ General Admission tickets will be refunded.
⭐ VIP and Meet & Greet packages will still be available for purchase.
🚪 The only admission for the night will be our regular door cover.

🔥 Y’ALL SPOKE… AND WE LISTENED! 🔥

Over the past few weeks, many of you let us know that Doug’s Saloon was running a little warmer than you’d like. We appreciate every comment, message, and piece of feedback because building the best country nightlife experience in El Paso means listening to our community.

So we got to work!

We’ve fully serviced and repaired our existing A/C units AND installed a BRAND NEW 10-TON A/C UNIT to help keep the dance floor, bar, and seating areas cool all summer long! ❄️🤠

Now instead of complaining about the heat, you might be asking us to turn it DOWN! 😂

So grab your boots, bring your friends, and don’t forget your sweaters and earmuffs - because Doug’s Saloon is about to be the coolest spot in town!

After months of hard work, setbacks, rebuilding, long nights, and an incredible amount of support from this community, we are officially opening our doors to the public.

There were moments when we weren’t sure how long the road would be. We faced challenges that tested us, but every message, every comment, every share, every person who believed in what we were building kept us moving forward.

Tonight is more than the opening of a bar.

It’s the beginning of a new chapter.
A place where friends become family.
A place where memories are made.
A place built for the people of El Paso.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in us before we ever opened our doors.

We know the AC has been an issue, and we sincerely apologize for the discomfort. That’s not the experience we want for anyone walking through our doors.

Please know this is being taken seriously. We have teams actively working on it and are pushing toward getting new units installed to make sure this is fixed the right way.

To everyone who’s still come out, shown love, and stuck with us through it all - thank you. ❤️
