Responsibilities

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages

Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks

Anticipate customers needs and preferences and make recommendations

Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

Present bar menu

Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Meet weekly sales goals

Qualifications

Working experience as a bartender and knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks is a must.

Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Hours of operation are 10am-9pm
Compensation starts at $3.50 + tips. Usually adding up to around $15 - $25 per hour.
