We would like to show our support for Greg Ferrero. The Hountalas family still own The Purple Place and are active in their efforts to hopefully bring it back to the community!

El Dorado Hills resident, small-business owner and retired law-enforcement professional Greg Ferrero has announced his candidacy for El Dorado County supervisor. Ferrero will pursue the District 1 seat currently held by John Hidahl, who is ineligible for re-election in 2024 due to term limits.

Thanks for the review on our Famous Purple Place Bacon Cheese Burger! We loved it too!

"I should mention that I am in your country as a tourist and my main goal was to perform art at Onyx Tattoo Studio right next to you. I had the opportunity to taste the Famous Purple Bacon Cheese Burger 1 day before the place closed. It was the most delicious burger I have ever eaten. If I had known that you and landlord have disagree and you would close your place, I would like to taste all the products on your menu that day. I hope you will open your business again as soon as possible. Stay cheerful. I wish for the best.
