Burning Beard is still under construction, which means your emotional support brewery is temporarily unavailable while we build the new spot at Gillespie.

Weā€™ve got one of the only coolships in San Diego, an open vessel that pulls in wild yeast straight from the air. No lab strains. No shortcuts. Just time, temperature, and whatever the night gives us. Sourced local fruit and barrels too!
That same process fuels beers like our 750ml barrel-aged tart cherry, oaked Berliner Weisse. Bright, funky, and a little unpredictable šŸ’
Weā€™re closed while we build out the new spaceā€¦ but this beer? Itā€™s still doing its thing.
