Ingredients
1 oz vodka ๐Ÿธ
1 oz coffee liqueur โ˜•
1 oz salted caramel syrup ๐Ÿฎ
2 oz heavy cream or milk ๐Ÿฅ›

Preparation

Puerto Rican Chocolate Coquito ๐Ÿฅฅ๐Ÿซ

Ingredients:

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
1 can (15 oz) cream of coconut
1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:

Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, cream of coconut, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add Rum (Optional): If using, add the rum and pulse a few times to mix it in.
Chill: Pour the mixture into a large pitcher or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors meld.
Serve: Shake or stir the Coquito before serving. Pour into small glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a dollop of whipped cream.

Tips:

Homemade Vanilla Cinnamon Milk Tea โ˜•โค๏ธ

Ingredients:

2 cups water
2 black tea bags
1 cinnamon stick (or 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon)
1/4 cup whole milk (or any milk of choice)
1 tablespoon honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Reduce heat to low, add the tea bags and cinnamon stick, and let simmer for 5 minutes. If using ground cinnamon, whisk it into the water instead.
Remove the tea bags and cinnamon stick, then stir in the milk. Heat gently for 1-2 minutes without bringing it to a boil.
Sweeten the tea with honey or sugar, stirring until dissolved. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Pour the tea into cups and serve warm. For a frothy finish, whisk the tea before serving or use a milk frother.
