March Real Wakeup Edison's Food collection drive on Sun, March 1st 2026 - Noon to 2 PM! This is our 6th year since we started with our monthly food collection drive!

Time : Noon to 2 pm (Sun)
if you cannot come on event date- Collection Box at Veenus Flowers 1700 Oak Tree Rd Unit # 16, Edison, NJ 08820 open 7 days a week from 12 pm to 8 pm!
we collect non-perishable canned vegetables, pasta, breakfast cereals, noodles , sauces , peanut butter, granola bars, cooking oils, etc
We also are looking for volunteer children and parents to come support us at the venue, this is urgent call to action to help the most needy who are suffering now without their food needs met.
All donations will be donated to Hands of Hope feeding 200+ families and serving 800+ adults and children who are most needy in our township.
Please come and support the most needy Edison residents. Help stop Hunger and feed the needy! we are trying hard to collect for the most needy If you are unable to come on the day we are collecting, you can drop off the food cans , please drop them off at our collection box location at Veenus Flowers 1700 Oak Tree Rd Unit # 16, Edison, NJ 08820 open 7 days a week
We are humbly requesting to help your fellow Edison Family suffering due to high inflation , increased food costs and higher unemployment rates turning to food pantries for survival. Many are turning to the food pantries for help due to high inflation and unemployment and food pantries are having shortage because of all the USDA grants cut by the federal government towards the food pantries.
if you would be able to donate enough to feed a family of four, that would be super helpful. Please refer to the attached flyer for the list of food items to bring to our food collecting booths once a month
