So we’ve got some brisket that we was going to sell on the truck tonight but the truck isn’t going out tonight due to weather!! So we are doing fry bread brisket tacos tonight with mamas queso and homemade pico!! Available at 5 pm!!

So I have an idea surprise surprise…..thinking about the Fourth of July and of course the restaurant will be closed!! So I thought heck I’m not doing anything let’s set the food truck outside the restaurant and bbq our pretty little socks off………or I could have the restaurant be drive thru only which would save me a ton of headache!! Is there any need for it would this interest you guys? Most importantly what sounds good?

You will find this hard to believe but the smoker doesn’t work well in the rain!! Pair that with the fact the pizza dough didn’t come in on the truck and we are going to throw an audible at you this evening!! Smoked pork chop with potatoes and onions will be our special this evening!! Sorry for any inconvenience!!

Just a friendly reminder food truck set up at Logan ag today!! $10 tenderloin and ff $7 pulled pork nachos with mamas homemade queso!! Cheap way to feed the whole family lunch today!! Open 11-2ish!!

Yo yo yo as you all know we’ve been sitting up at Logan Ag right outside of Knox City on Tuesday for probably the last 2 months!! It has come to my attention that this week is rather important…..labelle rodeo week!! So in honor or labelle rodeo week we have decided to do $7 pulled pork nachos with mamas homemade queso and $10 tenderloin and ff!! Come hungry and take advantage of these great specials!!

What’s up all you crazy’s hope you’re summer is off to a fantastic start!! After a much needed weekend of absolutely terrible golf but plenty of laughs we are ready to get back to what we do best!! Have n a weird realization we’ve been in the new location for ten months!! Two more to go to do the unthinkable 😂😂😂 No seriously though THANk YOU for your continued support of our crazy!! Words cannot describe how much it means to us!!

Monday- fried chicken mashed potatoes
Night- chicken fried chicken

Tuesday- ham and Gma’s potatoes
Night- hot tenderloin plate

Wednesday- lasagna
Night- $10 single topping $15 specialty
SMOKED WINGS will be returning

Thursday- Malibu and smoky mountain chicken
Night- 12 oz hamburger steak baked potato

Friday- meatloaf
Night- our not so famous but pretty darn good baby back baby back RIBS!!! $30 for a whole rack $20 for a half both with sides or just $15 for a meal!! Served with loaded mashed potatoes and honey glazed carrots

Saturday night- ultimate steak sandwich and lattice ff

Sunday- fried chicken and mashed potatoes
