June is a big birthday month at BMB. I think we have like 10 birthdays in the first week. One brave soul handed us a list of pastry ideas and ALL of them were great. Shout out to rice with a b. Swipe to see this dope menu.

Do you remember Jack and Jill chocolate eclairs? The best ice cream treat of all time? This cruffin has the chocolate, the little crunchies and the nostalgia. No popsicle stick.
White chocolate snickerdoodle is a flavor we’ve run before, but never as a cream bun. It feels kind of CRAZAY. Cinnamon white chocolate pastry cream and the cutest little snickerdoodle you’ve ever seen.
Scallion sesame swirls popped off last time we ran them. Nahla from hooked us up with a big ole batch of chili crisp for our scallion cream. If you don’t already know, it’s the best in the west.
Cherry goat is on this menu for our homie. She wants blackberry, but she’ll have to live with cherry this week. Congrats on your baby, Erica.
Lemon, raspberry, pistachio- they were separated at birth, but now they’re back together on this danish.
Almond brittle is delightful and I want to eat it on everything. Vanilla crème pat (shout out GBBO), fresh blackberries, almond brittle. This is a real treat.
Ok Bryce, here is the lemon berry pop tart. Strawberry and blueberry preserves sandwiched between linzer bar and topped with a lemon berry glaze.
Lemon snickerdoodles because we took them off for ONE week off and there was an attempted coup.
Buckles are dope as hell and you can’t stop us. Blueberry preserves and cream cheese to make this thing specialllllll.
Chocolate Confetti “MUFFINS” are for your breakfast sweet tooth. Happy birthday to our incredible June babies.
Orange chocolate scones for the folks who like fruit, but only when it’s accompanied by chocolate.
Lemon Pepper Parmesan sourdough is a mouthful. Light flavors individually, but combined and they pop. Must eat with a beer can chicken.
