Embarking on a new journey in my brewery. Boots with the fur Is a apple cider with granny smith apples to add a bit of zing to the final product. The start gravity wad 1.062 should crash to a 1.006 giving it a 7.5 abv. I used a belgin been yeast that has spicy yet smooth natrual apple and fruity esters. Should be ready and on tap in a month or well longer keep following and stop over for ice cold pint on tap..
