Happy Tuesday friends. AES is experiencing a partial outage and unfortunately the whole building has been out of power since last night at 830p. The only news we have is that they have crews working on it. We apologize to all the clients this effects. Your personal stylists/nail tech will reach out to you about rescheduling if need be.

Why you chose American Honey: Jennie made me🤣 I'm kidding! Me and Jennie have worked together for a very long time and I love the atmosphere she provides.

Fun facts about yourself: I love my family and I’m always on the go between sports with the kids and my side hobbies !

🍯Why you chose this career: I love helping out others and I can do this by helping them love their physical appearance and we can have great conversation while doing so!

🍯Why did you choose American Honey: The people and vibe here is amazing, Jennie was and is an amazing mentor and I wanted to stay close to her because I knew she would always be there to help

🍯Fun facts about yourself: I’m an outdoors person! I love hiking and kayaking, really anything that I can do outside! I also love music and festivals. I definitely consider myself a hippie

🍯Anything else to add, like about family maybe fur babies: I have the most supportive parents and boyfriend who helped me make my dream career a reality. I also have 2 dogs (Axl and Titus) and 5 birds who I adore.

With it being the month of February and the month of love 💓
We want to share what we love about our stylist and for you guys to get to know about each one of us 🫶🏼

We are gonna be introducing our first honey of American Honey Salon and that is Danielle Catherine Skrocki🥳 her beauty page is Stylist317

She is our curly hair specialist here at the salon 👩🏽‍🦱👩🏼‍🦱👩🏻‍🦱

To get to know our stylist we asked them some questions so you get to know who they are as a stylist💋

So let’s hear from Danielle 🗣️

🍯I’ve been a hairstylist for 17+ years.

🍯I specialize in curly hair and lived-in, multidimensional color that grows out really well (I want your hair to look great, even when it’s ready to be redone!).

🍯What I love most about doing hair is spreading joy- the power of genuine, smiling people walking around after a great cut, those smiles could change someone else’s day!

🍯I decided to pursue cosmetology because I wanted to be able to express myself creatively at work, but was never good at conventional art forms!

🍯I chose American Honey mostly because it’s a couple miles from my house, and I wanted to live and work right here in Eaton. The owner and other girls that work here are great, which is an added bonus!

🍯My husband and I moved to Eaton in March of this year, from the Indianapolis area. We brought our six rescue pups with us, and are making Eaton home. Having done hair in Indy suburbs for 17 years, I’m rebuilding my clientele almost from nothing, so would love to meet new people in the area that are looking for a new stylist!
