Light snacks available on site, outside food welcomed! Started from a few carboys in our garage, we (Nate and Becca Schons) are the master brewer and mind behind IHB. With the help of our business partner at the time, Jim Parker, the 3 of us launched the very 1st brewhaus on Orcas Island in Washington State’s San Juan Islands. Without losing touch with that original passion we upgraded to over 10

0bbl fermentation capacity. To this day, you can catch us hoisting grains in the back and passing it by mug to the customers in front.
