Traveling South on Rt. 248 – Old Nazareth Rd is closed at Swanson St. South bound traffic should utilize/remain on Southbound Rt 248 to Carolyn St. jug handle to Greenwood Ave.
Traveling East on Swanson St. – Old Nazareth Rd is closed at Swanson. Traffic is detoured North onto Old Nazareth Rd. towards Rt. 248 South
Traveling East on Eldridge Ave., Hermitage Ave., and Seip Ave. - Traffic is detoured South onto Greenwood Ave., then East onto Carolyn St., then North onto Old Nazareth Rd. (jug handle portion) to the traffic light at Rt. 248
The typical “short-cut” of utilizing Old Nazareth Rd to travel South/North will not be possible. Northbound travelers should make a right turn on Carolyn St and a left turn down the “jug handle” to get to the light at Old Nazareth Rd and Rt 248. Turn left on Rt. 248 to continue North. Southbound travel of the short cut should also not be utilized. Remain on Rt. 248 southbound to bypass the work area.
