Five distinct whiskies will be offered from different regions across Scotland (including one vintage pour!) giving participants a unique look into the diverse and delicious world of Scotch. Whisky expert Jay Cole will guide the event, offering insights and tasting notes on each selected pour.

As the heat of summer comes upon us, we are preparing to introduce some new drinks to our summer menu that are both refreshing and reflect the seasonal ingredients the valley has to offer.

The first time the Champagne Cocktail appears in a bartender’s guide is 1862. Despite this, there is clear evidence that it is a much older drink. its mention in the book “Panama in 1855” describes it as “the most delicious thing in the world”. Although it is a very simple cocktail, consisting of only Champagne, sugar and bitters, it is a thing of delicate beauty.

Shown here is our summer interpretation. Simple? Yes. But more often than not the simple drinks are the ones we come back to again and again, and stand the test of time. Cheers.
