We're open from Noon to 10:30 pm, 7 days a week, with special hours on holidays. With a rich history dating back to the 1740s, the Minisink Hotel has served many purposes, from a stagecoach stop to a general store, and now as a full-service tavern. You can look forward to a diverse and delicious menu that has something for everyone. Enjoy crispy favorites like Pierogies, Mushrooms, Tots, Chicken Fingers, Mozz Sticks, and Wings. Satisfy your burger cravings with options like the SOB, Blue Cheese & Mini Burgers, or try a flavorful Cheesesteak or Chicken Cheesesteak. For sandwich lovers, we offer classics such as the BLT, Reuben, & Cajun Chicken, or you can try our specialty 'Simon & Garvin'. Dinner options include hearty dishes like Chicken Parm, Shrimp Scampi, and Crab Cake Platter. Don't miss out on some of our other choices like the Nacho Supreme, Chili and Mac & Cheese. End your meal with our rotating selection of homemade desserts like Peanut Butter Pie, Carrot Cake, Pecan Pie, or the Chocolate Guinness Cake. Owner Frank Ottinger, a Navy Seabee Veteran, has been proudly overseeing the Minisink for more than 30 years, sourcing ingredients locally whenever possible. 🚨Gap View Dr/River Rd Bridge Update 🚨

PennDOT has informed us that they will be setting barriers on the bridge next week. They anticipate opening the bridge one-way only. You will be able to turn onto Gap View Dr from SR 209 and go to River Rd. You will not be able to turn onto Gap View Dr from River Rd and reach SR 209.

As we receive additional information, we will post accordingly.

Rolling rock has been discontinued in kegs in our area. We have Yuengling Flight in replace of it for now and as always Yuengling Lager, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Miller Lite, Coors Light, a rotating IPA, Cider and a Seasonal on tap 🍻
