The World Cup is officially underway, and our kitchen decided to celebrate the best way we know how…by eating our way around the globe.

This week’s food features bring flavors from around the world straight to your table in East Petersburg, paired perfectly with craft beer, cocktails, and every World Cup match you’ll be watching this month.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗽 🇹🇭Celery, carrots, onions, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, chickpeas, green Thai curry, coconut milk, and finished with green onions and cilantro.

𝗕𝗼𝗴𝗼𝘁á 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀 (GF) 🇨🇴Three Colombian empanadas filled with chicken, corn, potatoes, and green onions, finished with pico de gallo, Aji Verde sauce, and queso fresco.

𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗕𝗲𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵 & 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Battered, DEEP-FRIED rock fish fillets, our famous pomme frites, side of housemade slaw, and malt vinegar aioli.

𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 🇮🇳Tikka masala base, shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, finished with green onions, cilantro, and raita dollops.

This week’s Taco Feature 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗳 & 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗱𝗮𝘀 🌮slow-braised pork carnitas, crab meat, pico de gallo, curry aioli, and shaved radish piled high on crispy & warm corn tortillas. It’s giving beach vacation meets backyard cookout ☀️ with way better beer!

All pizzas are $2 OFF today for dine-in or takeout because Mondays are hard and pizza fixes most things 🤣 Happy Hour kicks off at 4PM with craft beer, cocktails, HH Food menu, and all the excuses you need to avoid cooking. Then trivia takes over at 6:30PM, so start stretching those random knowledge muscles now.

Tonight’s featured pizza is the Spicy Situation🔥House marinara base, spicy Calabrian sausage, sweet Italian sausage, shredded and fresh mozzarella, finished with fresh basil. It’s cheesy, crispy, spicy, and just dramatic enough to keep things interesting.

𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿 just clocked in for summer duty at Mad Chef and honestly…this thing tastes like your favorite porch hangout got turned into a beer.

Conditioned on white wine grapes, orange, apple, tangerine, and peach puree, then aged on moscato and chardonnay-soaked wine barrel chips for a juicy, wine-kissed sour that absolutely screams summer beer season in Lancaster County.

It’s fruity, tart, refreshing, dangerously crushable, and basically the liquid version of saying “one more round” on the patio.

If you’re into craft beer, sour beer, sangria vibes, wine barrel-aged beers, summer drinks, patio beers, brewery releases, and all things fruit-forward and refreshing, this one’s about to be your new obsession.

This week’s features are doing absolute damage to boring lunches and sad dinner decisions 🤣

Chef came in swinging again and honestly…somebody needs to check on the kitchen because these flavors are getting out of hand.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼 🐓Crispy chicken thigh, peach barbecue sauce, smoked cheddar cheese, and peach jalapeño jam, on a toasted brioche bun.
Sweet. Smoky. Crispy. Slightly dangerous. Basically backyard cookout energy with better beer nearby.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗼 🧀Grilled cheese stuffed with fig jam, bacon, smoked cheddar, and American cheese on sourdough. Served with a cup of tomato bisque.
This is the kind of sandwich that makes you stare out the window dramatically after the first bite.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 🍕Rojo base, shredded chicken, queso-mozzarella blend, house pico, mad taco sauce, and finished with cotija cheese. Taco night and pizza night finally stopped fighting and joined forces.

𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮 🐖House marinara base, spicy Calabrian sausage, sweet Italian sausage, shredded and fresh mozzarella cheese, finished with fresh basil.
A little sweet, a little heat, and absolutely not first-date friendly in the best way possible.

𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲🫐🍋A rich and creamy cake made with cream cheese, wild blueberries, lemon, and finished with whipped cream. Light, bright, and dangerously easy to crush after telling yourself you were “too full.”

Warning ⚠️ this beer may unlock core childhood memories and absolutely wreck your dessert self-control 🤤

Meet 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗵 🍫We launched our beloved King Dutch stout straight into the dessert dimension and brownified it with cocoa powder, vanilla, brown sugar, and just enough espresso to keep the lights on. Think cosmic brownie energy for grown-ups… but with way better decisions.

Rich chocolate. Roasty espresso. Sticky sweet brown sugar vibes. Smooth, dark, and dangerously crushable for something this decadent😍

Basically if your lunchbox snack grew up, got weird, and started brewing beer🤣

Introducing 👉🏼𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 Our modern West Coast IPA that came to party in the storm. Double dry-hopped with Strata, Strata Hyperboost, and Nelson Sauvin, this one rains down waves of grapefruit, dank citrus, earthy funk, and crisp white wine vibes from those wild New Zealand hops.
