Hi Ellijay!

We discovered your amazing town because of two very dear friends of ours. Michelle Bertolini & Lynn Jordan, owners of DreamCatcher Vineyard & Winery right here in Ellijay.

As we kept arriving to help them plant & dig their vines, we fell in love with your town. Knowing we wanted to settle here, we have worked with Kent Sanford at the Greater Gilmer Development Authority for the last two years on a location. When he called about this location of the Ellijay Deli, it didn’t take us long to decide to jump head long into the space.

We owned Four restaurants up north, 3 in Connecticut & 1 in Key West. Florida. We sold all our businesses and our home when the last of our 4 children went off to college. Purchased an RV and have traveled the US for the last 4 years.
