Buyer Beware: DICK'S Sporting Goods does NOT honor their return policy. 🚩

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at the East Brunswick ,NJ store. I purchased these On running sneakers and tried to return/exchange them well within the 30-day window.

Instead of helping, the store sent me on a wild goose chase to the manufacturer. After contacting ON directly, they confirmed what I already knew: the retailer (Dick’s) is responsible for the return. I went back to the store a SECOND time, and they still refused.

I’ve wasted time, gas, and money on a product they won't stand behind. Take your business elsewhere—somewhere that actually values its customers!
