For Friday and Saturday we’re going to be running a white pinsa special with a whipped cream cheese and honey base, marinated red onion and tomato, fresh mozz, with a dusting of lemon zest, chiffonade basil, and balsamic glaze. Pairs well with beer, wine, and friendship. Cheers!
