The Berk

A year ago today was one of the hardest days of my life. I had to close The Berk after a long 8 1/2 years of having it. Not a day got by that I don't remember and think of everyone and all of the memories. Thanks again to everyone that helped it last as it did. I truly do miss each and every one of you. Have a great day and hopefully our paths will cross again and we can enjoy the memories together.

Today is the final day that The Berk will be open for business. We open at 2pm. We hope to see you for one last time and to hear about your favorite memories here. You are the reason we have been able to stay open the last 8 1/2 years and also what makes having to close the doors even that much harder. I've meet a lot of great people and we have shared some great times and even some very rough times. From the bottom of my heart "THANK YOU!!!"

With a heavy heart and I knot in my throat, I'm posting this message to inform everyone that April 30th will be the last day that The Berk will be open. I wish this wasn't the case but unfortunate circumstances have lead me to have to make this decision. This is one of the hardest things I've had to do. I want to thank each and every person that has ever came to The Berk and helped make it what it had become. I'm truly sad and heartbroken to have to be closing the doors. We had a great 8+ years. We hope to see everyone from The Berk Family over the next few weeks and we would truly love to hear your best Berk moments. Thanks again and have a great night.

Remember the loss of The Berks biggest supporter and biggest influence in my life, my mom (Annabelle Whorl) at 8:14pm it will have been 3 years since we've lost you and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of you. I love and miss you so much!!!!
