The Glenmore is located on the shores of Big Moose Lake in the Central Adirondacks Park. It is a popular spot amongst tourists all year round: boating, water skiing and hiking in the summer; cross-country skiing and snowmobiling in the winter. The lake's popularity derives from its remoteness, climate and beauty, as well as its notoriety as the location of the murder of Grace Brown in 1906. Allege

Mother Nature dropped enough snow to make it rideable, nothing great but enough to get out and do some late season riding. We are open til 1am and tonight around 9:30/10pm we will pull the winner for the Big Moose Fire Company Snowmobile Raffle. Today will be our last day open until Memorial Day weekend, thank you everyone for a great season and we look forward to the 26/27 winter.

Due to the warm weather we are adjusting our hours for the remainder of the season and will no longer be open 7 days a week. We are closed today(Sunday 3/8) and will reopen Thursday 3/12 at 4:30pm.

Received another good dump of snow last night. Just a reminder we are open 7 days a week at 11:30am, food at noon.

We hope everyone is getting excited about the winter season ahead. We got our first glimpse of winter this week and it won’t be long before the season is here.

As we start our 11th winter season, we ask for your help in sharing the last decade of wintertime memories at Duffy’s at the Glenmore. Comment below with pictures of friends and family enjoying the winter season here at the Glenmore. We will be compiling them all together to share in a later post.

Final Fall Hours: Bar only

Other than pizza we will not have food the next 2 weekends. We have closed our kitchen for the season to focus on our renovation of our new kitchen/hotel.
