Manchester Mild | English Dark Mild | 3.8% ABV

We thought the town of Manchester (just 20 miles up the road from us) made the perfect namesake for this classic English Dark Mild. Smooth and malt-forward, it brings notes of toasted biscuit, caramel, light chocolate and a gentle roast character, all wrapped up in a dark, easy-drinking pint. At a modest ABV, it’s flavorful without being heavy and balanced without being boring. A proper pub beer!

Happy Birthday to our beertender, Gracie!

We’re so proud of Gracie as she finishes her degree at the University of Iowa and works toward a career in pediatrics. ❤️ She’s extra busy this season but we’re always happy to have her back at the brewery whenever she’s home.

Happy September, friends. ❤️ Two of our absolute favorites are officially released today: Ja-Va-Lantern Pumpkin Ale and our Pumpkin Spice Pretzel.

Ja-Va-Lantern | Pumpkin Ale | 5.5% ABV
We’re proud to share this annual Pumpkin Ale, a release we look forward to every year. Brewed in collaboration with local partners, it’s crafted with freshly grown pumpkins and squash (Monticello, IA) for a rich autumn flavor. Dyersville’s Brew and Brew adds depth with their smooth cold-brewed coffee, while a custom spice blend ties it all together—making the perfect beer to enjoy on crisp fall afternoons.
