We are unfortunately announcing that the Colley Pub is closed effective immediately.
As many are aware, the Smith family has been working with the Sneidar family on purchasing the Pub but have unfortunately come to an impasse and will not be continuing forward.
We would like to thank all of our wonderful customers who we have been fortunate to serve, get to know, and become friends with - you all will be greatly missed.
A secondary thanks goes out to all the other Sullivan County business owners who welcomed and supported us for the past year and half, you are all a perfect example of how a “small town” supports their own.
To our wonderful staff throughout our time at the Colley Pub - THANK YOU for all your hard work and dedication - you all became part of the family.
At this time we are unsure of what the future will bring for the Colley Pub but wish whoever ventures on all the best.
As for the Smith family making great food within the county, we are looking into other possibilities to be able to continue on.
To all our customers, friends, family (by blood or not), staff, and community - THANK YOU! We would not have been successful without you all and we hope to see you soon.
