Carver Brewing Company The Southwest's original brewpub since 1986. A trip to Durango is better with a stop at Carver's! We have indoor and outdoor seating.

Please let us know if you have small children or require special accommodations for wheelchairs, low tables, or TV. Our two outdoor seating areas, the Front Porch on Main Ave and shaded Beer Garden, are open weather permitting. Unless preference is noted, we’ll seat you at the

first available table. For large parties we may need to split your group into smaller tables. Pooches on the Porch: we permit well-behaved, leashed dogs on the Front Porch. No pets are allowed inside or on the Beer Garden. All of our dining areas are smoke-free.

We raise a glass of Dandelion Saison to Katrina Blair, the Queen of Dandelions.

Katrina passed away, leaving behind an extraordinary legacy of connection to plants, people, and place. Through Turtle Lake Refuge and the Dandelion Festival, she inspired generations to connect with the land and to see nourishment and abundance in the natural world around us.

Since 2009, Carver Brewing Company has been honored to work with Katrina to create our one-of-a-kind Dandelion Saison. Each year, dandelion greens gathered by Katrina from Turtle Lake Refuge became part of a beer brewed in celebration of the Dandelion Festival, a truly magical spring tradition that we have been grateful to share for so many years.

Katrina’s wisdom, generosity, and deep knowledge will be dearly missed. Our hearts are with her family, friends, and the entire Turtle Lake Refuge community.

Thank you, Katrina. Your legacy will continue to grow. 🌼🍻
