Back in the test kitchen tomorrow, brewing up a Double Dry Hop Citra IPA. Trying a New England style yeast strain in this one. Looking at 7% abv and a nice, chewy body chock full of juicy hops. Tasting notes and pictures to follow in a few weeks once it's ready.

Quick update as to what's going on at Whiskey Hill -

Last week, Amarillo (Pale Ale) was brewed and is now in primary. On Friday, 6-Nov, we'll be brewing Scratch Batch Series 2 a Farmhouse Wheat Ale. Then, next week, Knuckleduster is back on the brewing calendar. Both Amarillo and Knuckleduster will be ready the beginning of December with Scratch 2 coming to life in the Spring/Summer of 2016.
