🍷 W**E WEDNESDAY 🧀

This week we’re heading to Oregon’s Willamette Valley with Terrebonne Pinot Noir, paired with creamy Fontina.

Terrebonne Pinot Noir is silky and beautifully balanced, with juicy cherry and raspberry, subtle earthy notes, and a touch of gentle spice.

Active w**e club members come and enjoy your complimentary tasting paired with Fontina which brings a buttery, nutty richness that softens the w**e’s bright acidity and lets that gorgeous red fruit shine.

🍒 Terrebonne Pinot Noir — Silky • Juicy • Elegant
🧀 Fontina — Buttery • Nutty • Creamy

A classic Pinot-and-cheese pairing that’s easy to love — and an excellent reason to make Wednesday w**e night. 🍷🧀

Join us at Stirling for W**e Wednesday!

FIRST FRIDAY VINEYARD SPOTLIGHT: THE W**ERY OF GOOD HOPE 🍷
This First Friday, we're taking you to Stellenbosch, South Africa and the slopes of the beautiful Helderberg Mountain!

The W**ery of Good Hope is all about handcrafted, approachable w**es made with traditional w**emaking methods, sustainability and—just as the name suggests—a spirit of optimism.

🥂 Bush Vine Chenin Blanc
Bright • Juicy • Refreshing
A lively dry Chenin with citrus, stone fruit and honeysuckle, grown on granite soils cooled by breezes from False Bay.

🍷 Full Berry Pinotage
Juicy • Spicy • Silky
South Africa's signature red grape (crossing of Pinot Noir and Cinsault), made using whole-berry fermentation for vibrant fruit, supple tannins and notes of cranberry, spice and a hint of coffee.

Both w**es will be available by the Glass!
Come sip South Africa with us this First Friday! 🇿🇦
Two w**es. One incredible w**e region. A perfect way to kick off the weekend at Stirling W**e. 🍷✨
