Tasting notes:
🍓 Strawberry & raspberry
🍒 Ripe cherry
🫐 Blackberry
🌿 Mediterranean herbs
🌶️ Baking spice
🖤 Licorice
This is a juicy, fleshy, medium-bodied Garnacha with lively acidity and fine, delicate tannins. Lots of ripe red fruit up front, darker berries underneath, then herbs, spice and licorice on the lingering finish. Order a glass at happy hour for $6!

Cabernet Sauvignon–dominant | 14.7% ABV

🪨 Mineral finish
Much bigger and darker than the Perlat. It's full-bodied and concentrated, but the tannins are polished rather than harsh. Black plum, cherry and cassis lead into cedar, dried herbs and an earthy/mineral note, with a creamy, lingering finish. �
