Established in 2011, O’Begley produces Traditional Irish Style Whiskey, using a small-batch pot still process. Our grain is locally grown and each batch is carefully crafted from grain milling to bottling at our distillery in Pittsford, New York.

Big News from O’Begley! 🥃
After 14 incredible years of distilling in Upstate New York, we’re excited to share that the O’Begley Distillery has been acquired by Sugar Hollow Distillery in Butler, Tennessee!
It’s been an amazing journey, crafting whiskey, sharing stories, and connecting with all of you. We’re so grateful for your support and the memories we've made together.
Now, a new chapter begins at Sugar Hollow, where our legacy (and recipes!) will live on. We can’t wait to see what’s next and we hope you’ll be part of it.
🥃 Our Seneca Lake Tasting Room remains open through November 16, and online orders are available until December 23.
💍 The Sugar Hollow Retreat Wedding Destination is now open and accepting reservations!
🥃 The Distillery at Sugar Hollow is under construction and will begin bottling Bourbon and Cream Liqueur using our traditional O’Begley recipes in the next year.
