Meet Evan!

When he’s not serving up drinks and keeping the good times rolling at Roscoe’s, Evan is working toward his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Saint Scholastica. Whether he’s behind the bar or in the classroom, he’s always bringing a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

A few things to know about Evan:

• Favorite thing about Roscoe’s? The atmosphere for all ages and our pool tables

• Go-to song? “Simple Man” by Lynyrd Skynyrd.

• Favorite drink? Crown Caramel & Dr. Pepper.

• Vision for Roscoe’s? Evan would love to see more of the younger crowd joining us on weekends while continuing to stay true and loyal to the older crowds, regulars, and everyone who makes Roscoe’s feel like home.

Have a birthday in May?

We are gearing up for a new tradition at Roscoe’s Pioneer Bar. Once a month, we’re throwing a birthday bash for everyone celebrating that month.

This month’s party is happening Saturday, May 30th from 8–10 PM, and if your birthday falls in May, we’ve got a few perks waiting for you:

• Buy one, get one on your first drink
• Happy hour pricing during the party for the birthday peeps
• Birthday decorations, and we are working on possibly adding in some limited time drinks/beer/sweets
