Casey’s foundation commenced at the age of fifteen at a local upscale restaurant as a dishwasher. After holding nearly every position offered within the restaurant industry, he found his niche in cooking. During his Navy career, Casey was fortunate to dine in some of the most popular restaurants all over the world, and has cooked for foreign leaders within the U.S. This allowed him to develop a more cultivated palette, which would benefit his overall performance as a Chef. Since graduating from Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, NC, he has been dedicated to his passion for cooking, and was able to turn it into a rewarding career as an Executive Chef. His future endeavors include “transforming Augusta’s Restaurant into an intimate, homey atmosphere which patrons from all around can enjoy, dine comfortably, and leave wanting to experience more.”
