Our founder Rusty Fenton’s dream was to bring

Rusty Taco is a fast-casual taco concept, inspired by fun & adventure. Each taco is hand-made fresh and fast in our open kitchen, using ingredients made from scratch. The result is street-style tacos that are both traditional and inventive, each with a unique flavor and personality. Warm fresh fried chips, house-made queso, house-made salsas, craft beers, full bar and no-frills house-made margarit

as made with lime juice and orange juice round out the experience. Because as the creator of "Rusty Taco" Rusty Fenton always said "Tacos are the Most Important Meal of the Day!"

Taco of the Month! We now having a Taco of the Month program with a new limited-time taco launching the first Wednesday of every month.

Kicking off our first month is Carnitas - our take on the classic taco! We marinate pork in-house and top it with cilantro, onion and made-from-scratch avocado salsa. Also available as a bowl with cilantro-lime rice and black beans.
