Here’s a heartfelt, genuine and honest post to all of our loyal patrons. We hope this reaches you!
At (DuBois) Luigi’s, our greatest joy has always been saying “yes” to our guests. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you who continue to support our family business…it means more than words can express.
During special holiday weeks like Mother’s Day, our team works tirelessly to accommodate as many requests as possible. This year, with opening a sixth day for our Mother’s Day buffet …we are welcoming over 800 confirmed guests (Sunday ALONE), along with pre-booked catering events throughout the week and we have reached full capacity. (We we still accepting regular menu takeout orders all weekend, but can not honor family style takeouts)
While it is never easy for us to turn anyone away or decline a request, there are moments when we must do so in order to maintain the quality, care, and service you deserve.
Please know that any time we’ve had to say “no,” it comes from a place of doing our very best and wishing we could do more.
