This National Red W**e Day, we’re raising a glass to Camp Lucy W**es, grown from our on-site vineyard and tenderly tended under the care of Vineyard Manager Robin before finding their way from the Texas Hill Country to the table.

From Mourvèdre and Montepulciano to Malbec, Petit Verdot and our signature Lucy’s Reserve, each bottle tells its own story of place, character and a distinctly Texan point of view.

At Tillie’s, every meal carries a sense of history, rooted in the Hill Country and inspired by travel and discovery.

Named after Attilia “Tillie” Hancock, a world traveler who brought her global finds back to Texas, the restaurant continues that legacy through a menu that reimagines comfort classics through an elevated, global lens.

Set within Camp Lucy, the space is layered with old-world romance, antique details, and an atmosphere that invites you to slow down and stay awhile. The all-day menu follows that same rhythm, with dishes made for lingering afternoons and unhurried evenings.
