Since opening in 2017, the Hill Country Tasting Room & Event Space had one major goal; to bring the best tastes of Texas under one roof. Just around the corner from the famous Salt Lick restaurant and in the heart of the Driftwood scene, the Hill Country Tasting Room continues this tradition of offering all local beverages. Hill Country Tasting Room features an event space unlike any other in the

area with lots of natural light and tastes of local that can host 75+ people. Offering a full list of rotating Beers on Tap, Wines, Meads, and Ciders from all over Texas for sipping at the bar, lounging on the patio, tasting a flight in the loft space, or grabbing a growler or bottle to-go. A simplified menu of cheeses, charcuterie, and light bites is available to graze alongside with any of the tastings. Female-owned and proud members of the Dripping Springs and Wimberley Valley Chambers of Commerce, as well as the Austin Independent Business Alliance.
