At Toast & Tonic Bar Co. we strive to make your event seamless and memorable.
Here are a few things you can always count on from us, and things you’ll never see us do at your events.
👍🏻 - Communication, communication, communication. Before any dates are locked down or deposits are sent we will talk at length about your goals for your events. We’ll review what you already have planned and choose a package that works best for you and your needs. From there we’ll check every box and set subsequent meetings or touch-bases so you have nothing to worry about the day of and I have everything and more prepped and ready to help make your day one of a kind.
👎🏻 - Use poor products. Making unique syrups and trying new creations is the reason we got started in bartending in the first place! We won’t lose that ambition now and only offer you run-of-the-mill cocktail options. Signature cocktails are our absolute favorite and feedback we’ve received is that they are our client's favorite too. Pick a his and hers favorite (or hers and hers, his and his, we love love) signature drink, name them after your pets, choose a custom sign, maybe even custom drink stirrers! We’ll make the syrups, personalize the garnishes, and much more!
👍🏻 - Use sustainable products and practices. From compostable drinkware and paper goods to composting garnish cutoffs, recycling everything possible, using reusable products when possible, and more, we take sustainability seriously. FEAR NOT, no soggy paper straws here!
👎🏻 - Push add-ons that you don’t need. We have a variety of add-ons to make every event special and as robust as you’d like. But that doesn’t mean you need all of them! We’ll provide you with all of your options during our first call after you’ve requested a quote, but we will be quite honest about the add-ons that you do not need so you can save that dough for your big day or event!
👍🏻 - Stylish barware and design. Whether your venue provides the bar setup or we bring our own, we’re obsessed with matching your vibe. Share your theme, colors, loves/hates, picture goals, etc. Miranda will almost always put a bouquet on the bar if she has the space, and knowing she can match your event makes me even happier. We also have beautiful bar accessories that we utilize to make the experience chic, luxurious, and comfortable, whichever fits your needs best!
👎🏻 - Limit your experience to those who drink alcohol. We may be a mobile bar which would assume alcohol is a requirement, but we’ll make any cocktail into a mocktail you’d like! We’ve had whole events where the bar was mocktails, even NA shooters! You can still experience the fun and elegance of hiring a mobile bar without leaving your NA friends and youngin’s!
