We are still taking it all in.

Deep gratitude to Chicago’s own House 4 Life for joining us and bringing that Chicago love to our dancefloor as we opened the Soulgasm 19th Anniversary Season.

Thank you to Stacy Kidd the founder of House 4 Life, DJ producers Melvin Meeks and Sonny Chiba for sharing your music and artistry, and to Tiffany Jenkins for gracing us with her beautiful and uplifting live vocals. It was an honor and an absolute pleasure to welcome all of you, including the House 4 Life family who traveled from near and far.

Thank you to DJ Jrama, Miko and Zen for setting the night in motion, and to our event team, Slack Key Lounge Hawaii and everyone on their team for their support behind the scenes.

Thank you to our longtime 'ohana and everyone who joined us there, for welcoming our guests and filling the dancefloor with warmth, energy and love for House. This opening night is one we will carry forward with us as the Anniversary Season continues.

This Saturday, Sept 12 Slack Key Lounge Hawaii

Soulgasm opens its 19th Anniversary Season, a three part run culminating in our milestone celebration on November 21. Nearly two decades of house music and soulful dance culture in Hawaiʻi.

Chicago’s House 4 Life returns to Soulgasm for an up close night on the dance floor with label head and international DJ producer Stacy Kidd, returning DJ producer Sonny Chiba, and Hawaiʻi debuts from seasoned DJ producer Melvin Meeks and multidisciplinary artist Kiara Lanier, also known as Tiffany Jenkins.

Experience the voice behind “Let It Blow” and “Fallin’,” recent chart topping anthems moving dance floors worldwide, as Kiara graces the Soulgasm stage for her first live performance as Tiffany Jenkins.

Chicago House DJ and producer Sonny Chiba returns to the Soulgasm dancefloor.

With more than two decades in House music, Sonny’s work spans soulful, jackin’, and Afro House, with releases on House 4 Life Records including “Hold This Night,” “Don’t Let Go,” and “No More Illusions (Genuinely Blaq Mix),” as well as remix work for CiGNO. In 2025, “No More Illusions (Genuinely Blaq Mix)” reached #1 on the Traxsource Soulful House Top 100.

On Saturday, September 12, we welcome Sonny back to Honolulu with House 4 Life for the opening of Soulgasm’s 19th Anniversary Season.

From Chicago to Honolulu.

Soulgasm welcomes Lanier, Chicago native, singer, songwriter, and performance artist whose work spans music, stage, and screen.

Kiara’s performance history has taken her to stages including Lollapalooza, SoFi Stadium, The Chicago Theatre, and Pritzker Pavilion, with appearances as an opening act for Anderson .Paak and tour support for Adekunle Gold. Her work has also appeared on screen through American Idol, FOX’s Empire, and Showtime’s The Chi.

Her artistry also extends into House music.

Performing as Tiffany Jenkins, Kiara is the voice behind multiple chart topping House releases on House 4 Life Records, including collaborations with Stacy Kidd such as “Love,” “Let It Blow,” “We Exalt Thee,” and “Fallin’,” which reached #1 overall on Traxsource in 2025.

On September 12, Kiara makes her Hawaiʻi debut, performing live as Tiffany Jenkins as Soulgasm welcomes House 4 Life to Honolulu to open our 19th Anniversary Season.

Chicago House DJ and producer Melvin Meeks makes his Hawaiʻi debut.

With more than three decades in House music and releases dating back to the 1990s, Melvin’s catalog includes music on Target Records, Relief Records, Classic Music Company, Bumpin’ City, and House 4 Life Records.

On Saturday, September 12, we welcome Melvin Meeks to Honolulu for the first time as part of House 4 Life, joining founder Stacy Kidd for the opening of Soulgasm’s 19th Anniversary Season.

A live vocal performance by Tiffany Jenkins.

Chicago singer, songwriter, and performance artist Kiara Lanier performing in House music as Tiffany Jenkins, joins Stacy Kidd and House 4 Life in Honolulu for her Hawaiʻi debut.

Her collaborations with Stacy Kidd include “Fallin’,” “Let It Blow,” “Love,” and “We Exalt Thee.” In 2025, “Fallin’ (Remix)” reached #1 overall across all genres on Traxsource, including the #1 Single and #1 Soulful Record spots, while the Let It Blow Collection reached #1 on the Traxsource Album Chart.

From Chicago to Honolulu.

Soulgasm welcomes the return of Stacy Kidd , founder, CEO, and owner of House 4 Life Records, as we open our 19th Anniversary Season.

Known as the “Man of Many Sounds,” Chicago’s Stacy Kidd is an international DJ and music producer with nearly four decades in House music. A two time platinum and three time gold selling producer, his sound moves across soulful, Afro, jackin’, deep, funky, gospel, jazzy House and beyond.

From his early releases on Dance Mania to a recording and touring career that has taken him around the world, Stacy has built an extensive catalog across some of House music’s recognized labels. In 2015, his contribution to House music was further recognized with his induction into the Frankie Knuckles DJ Hall of Fame.

And the music continues. In 2025, Stacy finished the year at #6 among Traxsource’s Top Artists, while House 4 Life delivered multiple chart topping releases.

On September 12, Stacy returns to the Soulgasm dancefloor with House 4 Life, alongside label artists DJ producer Sonny Chiba, with DJ producer Melvin Meeks and a live vocal performance by Tiffany Jenkins, both making their Hawaiʻi debuts.
