This week at Beacon 💠

10/01/2026

We are looking for our next great leader to join us at Beacon, an Immersive Art and Dance Bar in Denver, Colorado.

We are independently owned and owner-operated; we run two distinct venues, Beacon and Mockingbird, both located in the heart of RiNo, Denver’s premier nightlife destination. RiNo is a vibrant, fast-paced neighborhood that draws massive crowds and sets the standard for the city’s nightlife.

Our foundation is built on our internal culture, while the diverse communities we welcome inspire the experience. We are driven by the creative spirit and are looking for a strong leader who is fiercely dedicated to our culture while delivering intentional, energetic hospitality. We need an operational partner on the floor who leads by example, and handles high-volume pressure with calm authority. You must genuinely care about the guest experience and the team on every level.

What we are looking for:
* 3+ years of management experience running a high-volume nightclub, or high-volume bar.
* Curating / creating events is a big plus
* A leader who builds trust, sets the standard, and fosters accountability across the team.
* Someone who seamlessly bridges the gap between tight operations, community connection, business ex*****on and is a creative thinker.
If you have a deep understanding of nightlife and are ready to take ownership and lead an already amazing team, we want to hear from you.

Open four nights a week.
