To all of our valued Hully Gully customers,
First of all we would like to thank you for your patronage in the past and for your continued understanding and patience during these most trying of times. While we appreciate that many are fed up with all of the restrictions that have been imposed upon our industry, we are hopeful that you continue to understand that these restrictions are set forth to us to follow in order to protect both you and those around you. Please also understand that following these restrictions is our only avenue to continue to remain open and to provide some semblance of the experience that you have come to know and love.
To clarify, here is some of the “customer protocol” that has been issued to us and our industry by the Los Angeles Dept of Public Health:
• Keep your mask on until your food/drinks are served and after finishing them.
• Put your mask on whenever a server approaches your table
• Put your mask on whenever you leave your table
• Wash or sanitize your hands
These are some of the basic things that you can do to help us keep our business open. There are other things that fall on us to enforce as well such as crowd control and music levels etc and we ask for your continued understanding as regards those things.
Again, we would like to extend our sincere thanks for the understanding that you have shown us during this time and we are hopeful that soon we can all get back to business and life as usual.
