Soccer Kickoff at DBC: The Paulaner Beer Experience

Join us at Downey Brewing Company for a one-night-only celebration that brings together the excitement of soccer and the tradition of world-class German beer. In partnership with Paulaner Brauerei München, we’re launching the ultimate Soccer Kickoff event to build anticipation for the upcoming World Cup.

On Monday, May 18th from 6PM to 9PM, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Paulaner beer styles, experience interactive games, and take part in a lively, high-energy atmosphere alongside fellow soccer fans.

Admission to this event is via a $20 VIP Beer Experience which includes:

Back on January 8, 2016, two of our servers were proudly holding what would become a legend behind the bar… Sculpin IPA 🍺

With a massive 98 rating on BeerAdvocate, it wasn’t just hype — it was one of the highest-rated IPAs in the game at the time. And from the first pour, we were hooked.

So much so… we never took it off our taps.

As the years went on, the buzz only grew. The brewery behind it became so big, it was eventually bought out for a jaw-dropping $1 BILLION 💸
