Alter Brewing Company has been shaking up the craft beer scene since 2015. We’re a crew of hop-obsessed flavor chasers who don’t believe in coloring inside the style lines—our goal is to alter your taste buds and keep the good times flowing. Our original taproom in Downers Grove’s Ellsworth Industrial Park sports a sleek modern-industrial taproom pouring 16 rotating taps, alongside a 20-barrel brewhouse, full canning line, and two private event spaces ready for any celebration. Charles and Oak Brook, where chef-driven menus meet fresh Alter pours for the ultimate beer-and-bites experience. No matter which spot you choose, something new is always on tap.
