Fly By Night Grill Blue Moon Cafe now operates Thursday through Sunday. Fly by night is open Monday through Wednesday! It's located directly adjacent to the brewery.

Fly By Night Grill is a catering kitchen for lease that opens up on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays to provide handheld "beer food" for Folklore Brewing and Meadery's patrons. Currently we have a rotating menu of sliders, wraps, soups, sandwiches, bbq and grill food. If you are interested in using our lease kitchen to enhance your own catering company, call us!
