We are incredibly thankful and deeply grateful to our amazing community who have supported us through every single slice of brisket and serving of smoked mac n cheese. You are the heartbeat of Blowfish BBQ, and we wouldn’t be here without you.
The truth is, reaching this milestone hasn't been easy. The restaurant industry has faced massive hurdles recently, and bbq has become increasingly difficult and expensive to produce. From the soaring cost of premium meats and wood to rising operational expenses, the hardships behind the scenes are real.
But make no mistake: Blowfish BBQ isn't going anywhere. We love what we do, and we love this community too much to stop. To make sure we are here for another 13 years and beyond, we are taking some time to look ahead and figure out exactly what changes we need to make to sustain our business and continue our growth.
